We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Office Coordinator. This dynamic role combines front-desk reception duties with office management, event planning, and marketing support, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our operations and culture.
Key Responsibilities
As the Receptionist & Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications, organizing mail and courier services, and maintaining an efficient office environment.
- Coordinating visitor check-ins and facilitating seamless communication across the organization.
- Overseeing daily office operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating equipment and facility maintenance, and addressing building-related matters.
- Supporting administrative needs across the team and fostering a productive, collaborative workplace culture.
- Planning and coordinating office events, team-building activities, and client meetings, including venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics, and gathering feedback for future improvements.
- Supporting marketing efforts by creating engaging content for newsletters, websites, and social media platforms. Ensuring branding consistency across all communications and managing social media accounts to foster online engagement.
- Education: Post-secondary education or certification in business administration, office administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage correspondence and create a professional and welcoming front-desk experience..
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, maintain office efficiency, and oversee event coordination or logistics.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Adobe Suite.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment and support an inclusive, dynamic workplace culture.
- Previous experience in developing engaging marketing content, managing social media, and maintaining branding consistency.
